For Individuals

Q: Can I have a mug with a name that I want or spelling I want?
A: Yes, you have to e-mail the name with the description of the mug that you want it to be etched. Or, I will place your name in the indicated phrase that we supply.

Q: How long will it take?
A: Figure 3 to 4 weeks maximum to be shipped.
   
Q: How do you ship?
A: UPS, a street address is necessary.
   
Q: Can I have the design on the right or left?
A: Yes, if informed at the beginning of the order, you can place your etching on either side. But not on both. If no instructions are received in advance, the etching will automatically be placed on the right side. Right being, if you hold the mug in your right hand, you will be looking at the etching.
   
Q: Can I pay in another form than with a credit card?
A: Yes, you may mail a check to P.O. Box 756, Helena, Mt. 59601. after clearing, I will process the order.
   
Q: Can I have my design etched on a mug?
A: Yes, if you e-mail, fax or mail a CLEAN/CLEAR black and white (no half tones) design. There will be a one time fee of $45.00 for set up. Any future order for this design would not have a set up fee.
   
Q: Can I order several different mugs with the same design?
A: Yes, there will be an individualization fee of $3.00 @ per name after the first mug.
   
Q: Where can I find your stock designs?
A: Look on our individual single item page. Here we have mugs for birthdays, wedding gifts, holidays and fun sayings.



For Businesses/Organizations And Other Multiple Order:

Q: How do I get my design or logo to you?
A: E-mail a jpeg, tiff or pdm file format. I have stuff-it so it's easier if you compress the file. You may also fax a CLEAR-CLEAN black and white copy to me at 406-443-0838. And you may mail a copy to P.O. Box 756 Helena, Mt. 59601 please have a name and day phone number included in your correspondence for questions.
   
Q Can I get just one sample copy of my design on a mug?
A: Yes, for those qualified business accounts. Others will receive a copy their design set up to show that we are on the same page.
   
Q How long will it be before I receive a sample of my design?
A Figure about two weeks for me to e-mail, fax or mail your design.
   
Q How long will it be before I receive my order?
A Figure a maximum of 3 to 4 weeks before shipment is made
   
Q Can I pay for my order in another form other than a credit card?
A Yes, for established business accounts I offer a 30 day roll over with net 2% ten days.
   
Q How do you ship?
A UPS, a street address is necessary.
   
Q Can I have part of my order dated with the balance of the order with out the dates?
A Usually yes. It depends upon the design but I am willing to try and work with you. This way you are not risking the entire order to be sold by the event date.
   
Q Can I individualize each unit?
A Yes, each mug can be etched with a different name if a complete list of names is given at the beginning. The names will be on the same side as the design and a $ 2.50 @ will be added.
   
Q Is there a deposit on my first order?
A Unless arrangements are made in advance, yes. A 50% deposit is required.
   
Q Can I have the design on either side of the mug?
A Designs are etched on the right side (if holding the mug with the right hand - you will be looking at the design) of the mug unless specific instructions are not made in advance. Etching on one side only.
   
Q Can I have my design on different sizes of mugs?
A Yes, I will size the design for the piece of glass being used. At no extra cost to you.
